Edemame beans (soy beans) with salt and lemon juice

  • 250 g of frozen edamame beans
  • 1 tsp. of flake salt
  • 2-3 slices of lemon

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the edamame beans. Cook for about 5 min. after the water has returned to a boil. Drain the beans and serve in a bowl. Season with juice from the lemon to the taste.
