Breakfast smoothie

kanel

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1 tbsp. codliver oil
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Put the ingredients in a blender and blend untill smooth.
