Pimped mango lassi

mango

  • 1 ripe mango chopped (peeled and stone removed)
  • 2 cups of soymilk
  • 1/2 tsp. cardemom powder
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar

Put mango, soymilk, agave nectar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into glasses and serve. You can sprinkle with a little cardamom. Enjoy!
