Homemade muesli

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl rye flakes
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar
- 3 tbsp. dried berries and fruit f.ex. goji berries, blueberries, cranberries and/or raisins
- 2 tbsp. flax seed
Mix the oats, rye flakes, pumpkin seeds and almonds in a saucepan and toss over medium heat for 1 min. or until light golden and aromatic. Add the agave and toss untill well combined. Then set a side. Mixed in the dried berries/fruits with flax. Pour on a piece of baking paper and set to cool off. Brake into smaller pieces and sprinkle on yoghurt. Put the rest in a container.
