Spanish inspirered starter/salad

  • 250 g fresh figs
  • 30 g watercress
  • 150 g cantaloupe melon
  • 50 g manchego cheese (sheep´s milk cheese)
  • agave nectar (optional)
Cutting the figs. Cut off the top bit of the figs and the into suitable pieces. Mix with watercress and pieces of melon.
Sprinkle with small pieces of cheese. Optional drip a little bit of agave nectar on before serving.
