Humus:
Cook the chickpeas accordingly to the instructions on the packaging. Once the chickpeas are cool put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend it. Add more lemon juice or water if you want a more creamy humus. Add salt and pepper
Marinade:
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and onions sauté until they are shiny. Then stir turmeric and pepper in. Sauté for a few minutes. Spread the marinade and hummus on a piece of bread.
