Tumeric/Garlic spread

  • 1 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1-2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 1-2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 small can of tomato paste

Heat the above items over low heat. Feel free to add additional turmeric, garlic or curry powder. Take spread and put on black European bread, lots of nuts. Add 3-4 avocado slices and hummus on top of spread.
